Darrell Provinse earned his degrees from Washington University and Webster University in St. Louis. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a National Certified Counselor. Randi Borroff, MSW, LCSW, ACSW
Randi Borroff earned her Master’s degree in social work from Syracuse University in New York. She is also a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Missouri. She has 19 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, couples, individuals, and families who have suffered from the effects of substance abuse, PTSD, marital discord, anxiety, and depression. She has experience working within an EAP referral system where the number of sessions is limited and solution-oriented treatment is often necessary.

Carolyn Knarr, MSW, LCSW
Carolyn Knarr earned her Master’s Degree from Washington University, and has been counseling for over 20 years. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, and is a licensed clinical social worker.
Carolyn has a strong background in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, attachment disorder, trauma, bipolar disorder, and Asperger’s. She works closely with their families to help them with the emotional and behavioral aspects of these disorders. She utilizes play therapy, family therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and is qualified to do psychological assessments with children. Carolyn also sees adult clients, couples, and families.
Through counseling, Carolyn helps her clients look at past and present relationship issues, communication patterns, and the potential for healing and growth.

Jerry Waggoner, MA, MDiv, LPC
Jerry has a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in Creve Coeur and a Master of Education in General Counseling from the University of Missouri in St. Louis. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and has been working as a counselor since 1990. He has extensive experience working with addictions, and his primary interest is restoring and strengthening marriages. Jennifer Baker Baldwin, MA, MDiv, LPC
Jennifer Baker Baldwin earned her MA in Counseling and Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. Jennifer also serves as the Intern Coordinator for ACCS.
Prior to entering the counseling field, Jennifer worked in college ministry for six years, leading bible studies and mentoring college women. Mike Siebe received his Master’s in Social Work thought he University of Missouri, Columbia. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri. He has over fifteen years of experience working with children and families in both the social service and public school settings and had been involved in church youth ministry for a number of years as well.

Dr. Patterson earned her Ph.D. from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. She has been practicing in the field for 4 years. She has specialized training in working with perpetrators of domestic violence.
Dr. Patterson primarily counsels utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Techniques as a treatment modality. Her primary interest is in working with women who have experienced trauma in their lives.
