Jerome Carroll, Intern

Jerome Carroll will complete his MA in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary in the spring of 2012.  He earned a MA in Christian Ministry (emphasis Pastoral Ministry) from Missouri Baptist University. His professional experience includes 12 years of active military enlisted service in the United States Air Force, as well as several years working in corporate America.

His prior counseling experience includes shepherding in the local church, mentoring youth, and working with men on struggles in the areas of anger, intimacy, and identity.  He delights in coming alongside others to examine the impact of family of origin issues, believing that freedom from emotional and psychological bondage is possible through the process of awareness, honesty with acceptance, and the practical application of corrective thoughts and behaviors.

Additionally, Jerome counsels couples and individuals experiencing marital and relational conflict, depression, and anxiety while encouraging movement towards joy, health and wholeness.
